Finelistings Technologies closes share transfer books August 22-29 for its 8th AGM As on : 05-Aug-26 19:24
Finelistings Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from August 22, 2026, to August 29, 2026, both days inclusive, for the Annual General Meeting, with a cut-off date of July 31, 2026, to determine shareholders for sending notice and participation in e-voting of the 8th AGM.
